Hi, I’m Miriam

— a qualified Nutritional Therapist (BSc, mBANT, rCNHC), nutritional chef, and lifelong advocate for the healing power of food.

My passion for health and nourishment runs deep — I come from a long line of women who intuitively understood the connection between what we eat and how we feel. My centenarian grandmother swore by her daily intake of avocado, oats, and oily fish, and that wisdom has shaped my approach ever since.

Since graduating with a degree in Nutritional Therapy in 2006, I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of clinical and wellness settings — from The Hale Clinic in London to private health clubs in Zurich. I’ve supported clients in uncovering the root causes of their health challenges and guided them toward lasting, sustainable wellness.

My work has extended beyond the clinic, collaborating with organisations such as McKinsey & Co, FIFA, and within the fashion industry, bringing accessible, evidence-based nutritional support to high-performing environments.

In recent years, I’ve deepened my practice by combining my love of cooking with my clinical training. As a nutritional chef and medicinal cook, I design meals that not only nourish but educate — showing clients how to bring the principles of nutrition to life on the plate.

This approach found new meaning in 2021 through a pilot project supporting burned-out NHS key workers. What began as a single retreat blossomed into Out In the Fields — a growing series of nature-based wellbeing retreats for NHS teams. Here, I curate menus that teach through taste, weaving nutrition theory into delicious, grounding meals that support mental and physical resilience.

Becoming a mother has also shaped my work. As a parent of two boys — one of whom is autistic — I’ve learned the value of flexibility, empathy, and patience. These lessons taught me the importance of working with the needs of the individual, taking small steps and understanding the importance of collaboration in my work, whether it is with individuals or organisations.

Whether you're navigating a specific health concern or simply seeking to feel more connected to your body and plate, I’m here to support you — with warmth, wisdom, and a spoonful of good food.
