Nutrition consultations
I work collaboratively with my clients to create tailored nutrition programs that empower them to take control of their health. My goal is to equip each client with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to reach their personal wellness goals.
My approach is grounded in functional medicine, blending the latest scientific research with a holistic and naturopathic understanding of health and nutrition. I use food as a therapeutic tool to support a wide range of conditions, including hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders, and immune-related dysfunction.
Working one-to-one, clients receive the highest level of commitment and support. Through a comprehensive consultation process, we’ll develop a personalized nutrition plan that addresses your specific health concerns and supports long-lasting results.
All consultations are conducted via Zoom, making it easy to access support no matter where you're located.

What happens in the initial consultation?
Before your first consultation, you’ll be asked to complete a detailed health questionnaire and a 5-day food diary. This gives me valuable insight into your current health status, lifestyle, and nutritional habits.
The consultation itself is an in-depth discussion designed to build a comprehensive picture of your health—from birth to present day. We’ll explore your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. This session lays the foundation for a collaborative, goal-focused working relationship built on understanding and support.
Following the session, you’ll receive a fully personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, tailored to your unique needs. Every effort is made to ensure your plan is practical, affordable, and fits seamlessly into your life. Consultation notes and your detailed programme will be emailed to you shortly after the session.
What happens in follow-up consultations?
Follow-up sessions are a key part of your ongoing progress. These appointments allow us to review your progress, assess what’s working, and make any necessary adjustments to your programme. We’ll continue to build on your results, troubleshoot challenges, and provide additional guidance as needed.
Any changes or updated materials will be emailed to you after each session. The number of follow-up consultations varies depending on the complexity of your case and the level of support or coaching required.
Will I need to take nutritional supplements?
Food is always the foundation of any health plan, but in some cases, nutritional supplements may be recommended to support and enhance the effectiveness of your program. If needed, supplements will be carefully selected to ensure they are high-quality, well-absorbed, and appropriate for your individual needs.
Will I need to take any medical tests?
In certain cases, biomedical or functional testing may be suggested to gain deeper insights into specific physiological factors contributing to your health concerns. These tests can help guide a more targeted and effective approach.
While many of these tests are available through private laboratories, where appropriate, I will always aim to signpost you to options that may be accessible via your GP.
